The job involves identifying and selling subscriptions for 2 online infrastructure websites to the senior - level professionals in the industry. It also involves servicing existing clients, ensuring good subscription renewal rates, conceptualising new features and identifying new opportunities to increase revenues.
Maturity to work with senior - level professionals, ability to engage with them and close sales is essential.
The candidate should have a successful sales track record, a good academic background and excellent communication skills.
A good understanding of B2B sales, along with the ability to map the market at all levels will be useful.
Candidates should be highly motivated and self - driven go - getters. They should have the ability to sell honestly and the strength to sell without discounts. The selected candidates will be responsible for aggressive sales targets
Product research: work with our Sales and Customer Success teams to understand customer pain points, and research new features or product lines to solve those problems
Product conceptualization: work with our UX Designer to conceptualize new features and product lines that can be handed off to the engineering team for development
Product launches: work with our Product Marketing team to increase awareness, visibility and adoption of new features through creation of content, videos and presentations
Familiarity with various tools used by product managers, including new/emerging tools
Familiarity with UX wire-framing
Exceptional written and verbal communications skills Strong analytical skills
" Until our roadmap for the next 12 months gets completed, we are moving fast and are working 6 days - you will be a critical part of executing this roadmap and should be willing to embrace this effort. Since COVID we have been working remotely, and that is certain to continue for several months. We'll probably allow for remote after that as well.
